Founded by Zane and Emily Griffin in 2020, Native Co. Land Surveying is based in Stephenville, Texas and serves clients in North Central Texas and across the entire state. Our experienced surveyors and specialists use only the most up-to-date field equipment and in-office computer technology, assuring you of the most professional, accurate, reliable results, all in the timeliest manner possible.
Zane and Emily are Stephenville natives who married in 2015. They have three young children that are full of energy and keep them on their toes. With roots that run deep in Erath County, the Griffin family is honored to serve the community they love so much with their business.

OUR EXPERIENCE
Zane started his career in land surveying in 2014 at a large engineering firm in DFW. He quickly worked his way up the ranks and earned his license in 2019. Zane has experience managing all types of projects including residential developments, apartment complexes and large commercial properties. Starting his career at an engineering firm allowed him to learn the ins and outs of land surveying for large commercial developments, while his lifetime spent in rural Erath County in a family of entrepreneurs prepared him for the importance of nurturing great relationships with clients and employees. After receiving his license in October of 2019, Zane decided to use his experience to run his own company. He started out with his wife and 1 employee and has quickly grown Native Co. Land Surveying to a multi-crew operation.
